These principles guide the newsroom, contributor network and public platform. Operational contact details and jurisdiction-specific language will be finalised before commercial launch.
GSN publishes work that is accurate, fair, original and in the public interest. Reporters must distinguish fact from opinion, identify reliable sources, seek meaningful responses from subjects of criticism and disclose conflicts of interest. Editors retain final publication authority.
Material errors are corrected promptly and transparently. Readers may send a correction request with the story URL, disputed statement and supporting evidence. Significant amendments will be noted on the article.
Contributors must submit original work, verify claims, respect confidentiality, avoid plagiarism and disclose financial or personal interests. Acceptance into the creator network does not guarantee publication or payment.
Automation may assist research organisation, transcription, translation, summaries and production. It must not fabricate reporting, impersonate sources or replace accountable editorial judgement. Sensitive facts require human verification.
GSN collects only the account, application, publishing and performance information needed to operate the platform. We use it for identity, security, editorial operations and service improvement, and do not sell personal information.
Users must not misuse the service, attack its security, violate rights or publish unlawful material. Authors remain responsible for their submissions and grant GSN the rights needed to review, edit, distribute and promote accepted work under agreed contributor terms.
GSN respects copyright. Rights holders may request review of allegedly infringing material by identifying the protected work, the GSN URL, their authority and contact details. Knowingly false notices may carry consequences.
Harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, sexual exploitation, coordinated deception and dangerous abuse are prohibited. GSN may restrict accounts or remove material to protect people, editorial integrity and the platform.
